Our care
- Our aim is to make your treatment as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
- We pride ourselves on clear communication, explaining the procedure and working with you to choose the right solution.
- Pain-free treatment under local anaesthetic is a given.
- We treat both adults and children, taking an individual approach to every patient .
Reception
- Doctors' consultation hours may differ from reception opening hours.
- If you are unable to get through to us, we will call you back as soon as possible.
- On Mondays, please do not ring before 8.30 am.
- Please book your appointment by telephone or email.
- Two days before your appointment, you will receive a text message reminding you that your appointment is approaching. Please always confirm this or give us a call.
Changes to the appointment
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please be considerate towards your doctor and other patients and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Always cancel your appointment by telephone. If you suddenly fall ill at the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) and are unable to attend your appointment on Monday morning, please send us a text message as soon as possible to +420 775 533 220.
Additional rules
- Please remember to always report any changes to your personal details, including a change of health insurance provider, change of address, surname, contact telephone number, etc.
- For the sake of your own health and that of other patients, you may not undergo treatment whilst under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
- We ask smokers to refrain from smoking for at least 2 hours before their appointment.
